At Avalon, we want you to be completely enamored with your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
